Transportation Policy

Transportation Policy:

Normally, company often accomplish the order within 24 hours and feedback information to customers about payment and delivery status. Delivery time is usually within three to five (03-05) days from the closing ordering date or by agreement with the customer when ordering. However, there are also cases where the delivery longer but only occurs in situations of force majeure as follows:
Cannot contact with customer by phone, so that not be able to deliver. 

  • Shipping address which customer provided inaccurately or hard to find. 
  • Number of orders of company out of stock so that making process slower. 
  • Partner of delivery for company works slower than expected so that making deliveries delayed.

Company use external transportation services, so the shipping fees will calculated depending on the location and volume of orders. Company will notice the specific fees for customers when the order confirmation.
With customer who needs to buy in large quantities or wholesalers, then company will ask the delivery service of the shipping fees and a fee will be charged at of units which providing external transportation services or in the contracts between two parties.


Reimbursement Policy

When receiving goods, please check the goods that we transport. After receiving, company DOES NOT APPLY reimbursement policy for this product. Hence, when receiving goods, please CHECKING PRODUCTS CAREFULLY. If goods have detected or damaged by transportation process or over expiration, please call hotline number to inform company about the status of goods that customers received.

  1. For Cash On Delivery (COD) method: If the product is fraud, over expiration, bad quality or damaged due to the transportation process... Please do not receive goods and no payment for delivery man.
  2. For advance bank transfer method: If the product is fraud, over expiration, bad quality or damaged due to the transportation process... Please do not receive goods. Then, draw up a written record of every situation. The record is signed by customer and delivery man. Based on current status of goods and above record, company conducted to exchange other products for customers within two (02) working days. If the customer no longer needs to use the product again, we will refund 100% of the money which after seven (07) working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays). If within seven (07) working days, customer has not received the money, please respond back to us to check the status of the transfer.
